Large cockpit, lots of safety: The Etap on the IJsselmeer
The shipyard succeeded in doing what its own yachts are denied: going under. But despite the lack of a production facility, the boats are very popular. And rightly so?
The test yacht has to prove itself on the windy IJsselmeer. And it does. The feeling of safety is not only due to the thought of invisibility somewhere in the back of the mind, but also because the 28er only heels a little due to its large width. The deep cockpit behind the high superstructure provides further comfort.
Thanks to the separate aft cabin, a whole family can be accommodated below deck. There is also a toilet room, galley and navigation table. The headroom is tight, as is the bunk in the foredeck.
